Meet your provider
Your provider. Your partner. Your advocate.

After more than 15 years in medicine, I created Symmetry Primary Care for more time, more listening, and fewer barriers between you and your provider.
Here, you are a person - not a patient number.

Tiffany’s philosophy
“At Symmetry, we don't just treat what hurts. We look for why.”
A healthy patient-provider relationship is the foundation of your greatest health outcomes. Tiffany listens and learns about you as a whole person - your genetics, environment, nutrition, culture, beliefs, and emotions.
Beyond the clinic
Tiffany is an active member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Utah Nurse Practitioners (UNP), and an Affiliate Member of the American College of Physicians (ACP).
She served as Hepatitis C Project ECHO Champion Chair from 2016 to 2024, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and hepatologist mentors to bring treatment to underserved populations. In 2019, she was recognized in the top 10% nationwide for patient satisfaction and traveled to Washington, D.C. as a Patient Advocate Spokeswoman for Project ECHO.

Outside the clinic, Tiffany is a proud mom to her two children, Alia and Joseph, and to Mike's daughter, Isley, whom she lovingly calls her "bonus child." They keep her grounded and remind her every day why this work matters. Originally from New Jersey (she still misses the beach), Tiffany now calls Utah home and has fully embraced the mountains, though the ocean still has her heart. She shares her life with her fiancé, Mike, and a lively household that includes a macaw, two dogs, two cats, and a lizard.
She is an avid skier, hiker, camper, and lover of the outdoors. You might also find her doing Pilates, singing, or deep in a Star Wars conversation. She has a passion for researching the history of medicine, religion, and art, with a particular weakness for odd facts and a great story. When she needs to escape, she turns to fantasy audiobooks, no apologies. When she needs to create, she bakes sourdough. She is an active member of St. Andrews Catholic Parish and volunteers with the Women's Society in her community.
